Gabriela Ramos is the special counsellor and chief of staff to the Secretary-General of the OECD, and OECD Sherpa to the G7 and G20. She leads the Inclusive Growth initiative, and the New Approaches to Economic Challenges initiative and also oversees all the OECD’s work on employment and social affairs.
