Con\u00e7u dans les ann\u00e9es 1970 puis actualis\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, le r\u00e9gime actuel accusait d\u00e9j\u00e0 son \u00e2ge avant la crise sanitaire, de nombreux ch\u00f4meurs peinant \u00e0 remplir ses crit\u00e8res d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 trouver un emploi permanent avant la fin de leurs prestations. En vue de la reprise post-pand\u00e9mie, comment le Canada peut-il moderniser son r\u00e9gime d\u2019AE pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des adultes en \u00e2ge de travailler du 21<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle ?<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est sur ce th\u00e8me qui portait ce webinaire de l\u2019IRPP.
