Et pourtant, la vie \u00e9conomique et sociale du Canada est marqu\u00e9e par la discrimination raciale dans le march\u00e9 du travail, le logement, l\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e9ducation, les soins de sant\u00e9, la protection de l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u2019enfance, le maintien de l\u2019ordre et la justice p\u00e9nale. Les politiques qui favorisent le bien-\u00eatre universel de tous les Canadiens sont consid\u00e9rablement plus susceptibles d\u2019aider l\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e9lecteur moyen que les citoyens racis\u00e9s en marge.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Voil\u00e0 quelques-uns des enjeux qui sont absents des conversations entourant les politiques publiques canadiennes. Et malheureusement, les non-dits sont bien souvent le signe de probl\u00e8mes balay\u00e9s sous le tapis.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Mais que se passe-t-il lorsque nous ramenons les gens marginalis\u00e9s au c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u0153<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ur des d\u00e9bats sur l\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e9valuation de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> la valeur, de l\u2019utilit\u00e9 et de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des politiques publiques\u202f?
