La nouvelle premi\u00e8re ministre de l\u2019Alberta souhaite proposer une loi sur la souverainet\u00e9, le premier ministre de la Saskatchewan a exprim\u00e9 le souhait que sa province devienne \u00ab\u00a0une nation dans une nation\u00a0\u00bb, tandis que le gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lu haut la main sur un programme visant \u00e0 renforcer davantage l\u2019autonomie de la province.<\/p>\n<p>Comment une f\u00e9d\u00e9ration peut-elle g\u00e9rer ces tensions et s\u2019adapter face \u00e0 de tels d\u00e9fis ? Quelles sont les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019une f\u00e9d\u00e9ration robuste ?
