Carolyn Whitzman is an expert advisor with the Housing Assessment Resource Tools (HART) project. Her previous work as a professor of urban planning at the University of Melbourne and as a senior policy planner for the City of Toronto has prepared her for a third career as a policy consultant and adjunct professor at the University of Ottawa.
