Dawn Madahbee Leach — member of the Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation on Manitoulin Island in Northern Ontario — has been the general manager for the Waubetek Business Development Corporation since 1988. Madahbee Leach also serves on the board of Peace Hills Trust and is the vice chairperson of the National Indigenous Economic Development Board.
