Thomas Soehl is an associate professor at McGill University, and Canada Research Chair in International Migration. He is currently working on a project called Tajribati, which conducts interviews with thousands of Syrian refugees after they have arrived in Canada to track various aspects of their resettlement such as labour market participation.
