Carin Holroyd is an associate professor of political studies at the University of Saskatchewan and holds degrees from universities around the world, including Sophia University in Japan. She is currently studying national innovation systems and the role of government in the development of environmental technologies, including a project on the environmental technology policies of the Government of Japan.
